Co.Space Willow Park Manor Pretoria East Bad Service

I would like to air my concern with co.space. With my experience in Willow Park Manor in Pretoria East, I think they have very fantastic structures that can really be useful for business however the challenge is with the staff that are manning the structures. When you move in they kind of promise things that they change on the contract and turn back and refer you back to the contract. The pricing also is a bit above average especially for facilities like boadroom usage and number of people to use the hub. Imagine a cup of tea of water milk and teabag only can cost R30 without a sandwich. They really need to revise the way they work with clients and their pricing.

Also the staff needs serious training on how to handle contracts and clients.

Claiming for deposit is also naother thing once you move out they will find every reason to make you renovate the place to a better condition than it was when you started using it which i see as a bit unfair after bringing business to them it shouldnt be that fussy.

I also learnt that they will take 30 days to refund your deposit yet when you paid you did not take 30 days to pay them the same deposit.

I really would not advise anyone to use their spaces, they are too many hidden costs that are not laid out in the open before you start.
