Sewage leaking

I thought I bought my kids a home to have peace but I was wrong, how can one be between 2 houses with sewage and live in peace. When my neighbors sewage burst we are always at risk like now it's been leaking for a whole 2 months which affects our house as we can't use the bath and kitchen zinc because the outside drain is blocked. I wasted so much money on trying to get plumbers to unblock it and they all say the problem is with the mainhole which municipality said they cannot access it because of the big holes left open by cosmo when they were digging😭😭what about our health as we can't even open the window because of the smell. How do we continue paying for the houses in this situation when the banks says we need to provide them with a geographic report in order for us to win this case. They **** to us when they said it's a secure Village. Emfuleni and cosmo are a pandemic
