Complaint changed to a complement

GOOD NEWS - they came through on my complaint and finally completed the work beginning of December 2014. They were apologetic and made right on their lack of communication. I appreciate that they fulfilled their obligation. The team that came through to the house were consistent and methodical. Thumbs up to this supplier.
