Cosmopolitan **** Competitions

On the 7th of November 2019 Cosmopolitan advertised a competition which I won and they asked me to send my details via inbox in which I did I then followed up with them when I would receive the tickets as the show was currently happening that weekend I was re assured that I would receive them via email I kept on going to emails with nothing then proceeded to go on their Facebook page and asked them they ignored me. I went on their official website got email addresses and sent them an email to tell them about the incident the rep**** by saying sorry communication error from inside and never bothered to even help. So I went through the trouble of organising free transport to go to the event but they didnt send the tickets so my thing is that the people who I meant to send out all these things give us false hopes and send them to their friends.
