Bad service

Service is very bad inside the shop especially with the Cashiers. When its shift change they don't worry about customers, you stand in the queue sometimes for 10-15 minutes while they're busy counting cash. And there's this lady (cashier) with an attitude. Yesterday and today i stood there for couple of minutes while she's busy on social media with her phone and i was the only 1 waiting to pay. When I told her I've been waiting for long there she just said "Sorry" with an attitude. if this kind of service continues, they must remember there's another place just across them of which their service is top notch.
