Provident Fund claim

<p>On the 28th june 2017 i sent my documents to cosmonet for my provident Fund claim with sanlam, i have been calling and sending emails to them then dont even bother to reply to my emails. On the 13th July i called and was told that the lady who submit claims was on leave i asked them until when i was told they are not sure. Its 3 weeks now sanlam have not recieved anything from cosmonet. I dont understant why are they giving me the run around to be honest im very disappointed.</p>
