BAD servise from moving company

Moved from PTA to KZN, first truck had bad tire, went with load on board to JHB to fix, then the truck broke down on the way to KZN. The load was reloaded on another truck on its way to Underburg. The move was then 12 hours late and goods got lost in the process. Once the truck (eventually) arrived in KZN, no shuttle service was provided although paid for.This was at about 08:30 at night, the shuttle service was specifically asked for as the truck cannot reach the house from the main road. Collin was phoned and his comment was \instead of complaining
