Incorrect sales

I was sold an LG music system that does not play DVD, after asking for one that supports DVD and Mp3. I was in contact with the sales lady upn discovering that the system bought does not satisfy my requirements.

I was then told to bring the system back to cosmo city Russell's store and was now told that they cannot help me.

I distinctively mentioned what my requirements were and they store has failed me.

I drove 40kms to be told that I cannot be assisted after it is their faults.Russels cosmo mall must take this piece of *** and give me my money back. I am tired of having to beg afyrt you guys are at fault.

Sellliing obsolete stock seems to be what you guys are good at..

It appears to me that the store wanted to get rid of this LG system.

You guys have literally forced this system in me and I am very clear, I don't want.

I am grossly displeased with cosmo city Russles stores
