Abuse of disabled Parking at Cosmo city Mall.

Abuse of disabled Parking at Cosmo city Mall. Rights for people with physical challenges are not taken into consideration at Cosmo Mall. This starting at the parking designated for disabled people but it is always packed with cars for able people without disabled stickers, which makes it very difficult for us disabled people to find parking there. No one seems to care about this issue including security guards who work there, they encourage people to utilize disabled parking. This make it so difficult for us as disabled residents of cosmo city and sounding areas to go and do our shopping there. In other places like Northgate and Fourways Mall disabled parking are well managed, why can't Cosmo mall do the same?
