Utter disregard for the lives of the community

I have witnessed utterly disgusting behavior at out public healthcare facility. Today is a chilling day some patients including a mother of a one month baby while the nurse claim to be on lunch. Busy laughing like hyenas in a warm cosy rooms while the community is freezing in the hands of those we are trusting with our lives during a paNdemic.
