Poor service

Poor service.... I have been here fir about 4 hours... They assist their patients first. So some of us are here for the first time.... What is funny is am here for a referral letter to do covid test... They forced me to consult...so that they can suck my money from medical aid.. Now I need to stay the whole day here... This service is pathetic... I will never come bk... I consulted with Dr fourie great service working with useless staff
