Bad service at cosmo city clinic

I've been going to cosmo city clinic for about 4 months now doing family planning, first time I went there it was Wednesday I was on my period I wanted to start family planning by putting inplant, they said they only put it on Friday. By Friday I went there i was not on my period they told me to go buy pregnancy test because they don't have it at the clinic. I didn't buy because I didn't have money. I waited until my next periods I went there around 12 because I went to work first they said I must do HIV test the person who work with HIV said they are now closed I must come back the following week. I went again today they still don't have pregnancy test. I now don't know what to do I don't have money to buy the test . Sister loraine she's the one who told me that.
