Extremely Disappointing Experience

I'm still reeling from the appalling service I received. The balloons I purchased popped within 30 minutes, which is unacceptable. Having bought clear balloons from other stores before, I can confidently say that the material used here is subpar.

What's even more astonishing is the sales lady's comment that they don't sell Chinese products, implying that theirs are superior. Ironically, my experience suggests that the Chinese products I've bought elsewhere are actually of better quality.

Unless you enjoy being disappointed, I would strongly advise against shopping here.
