Johan Du Preez is very professional and extremely knowledgeable. My Laptop was fixed on same day it was handed in for diagnostics and repairs. Johan even took the time out from his day while his son was sick to help me out when I needed my Laptop back urgently for work. Johan is very patient and a pleasure to speak to. Incredibly patient as well. Then still continued to follow up with any additional help that i needed and if everything was in order. Very friendly and also provides helpful advise about any I.T. or related UPS systems too. Reasonably priced too, Exceptional service going above and beyond what is usualy required. I would recommend Johan and Cosmic Micro Computers to anyone.
