I watched a Chinese lady pay USD10 for a twenty rand packet of popcorn and get R50 change.<br> When I challenged the teller she told me the exchange rate is 8 to USD1 and not 12 which is the current rate.<br> <br> The Chinese lady did not speak English, realised she had been ********** but had no means to communicate this.<br> <br> This is no way to treat tourists.
