Uncomfortable experience

I ordered three OPI items online. All the items I selected were showing as In Stock (as opposed to others). I was immediately debited for the three items. My parcel duly arrived with only two items. No communication at all from Cosmetology to say one was out of stock. So I contacted by mail and had no reply and decided to call in. I was told they would give me a voucher - NOT GOOD enough. If you dont have the item (I dont care if its coming from a supplier)

1. You DON'T debit me until you know what you have in hand to dispatch 2. DON'T give me a voucher - that is how disreputable Chinese online sites transact

And now I have to wait for a credit on my card. It makes me feel fundamentally uncomfortable to transact like that. Reputable sites will do the following:

1. Contact you to offer an alternative before debiting 2. Don't debit you until they know their stock holding 3. IF for any reason the above two steps fall through the cracks - they pop you a message via email or sms and let you know.

Sadly I won't order via this site again as it feels *************
