Two weeks later and still no delivery!

Placed an order on the 29th of May for skincare products. 5 days later I emailed for an updated and was sent a pretty stock standard ‘please bear with us while we process your order’ type response. After 7 working days I followed up again and requested a refund as I urgently needed the products and would rather purchase elsewhere, this mail was ignored by the manager. Two days later I followed up again. No response. I called the next day and was told by the manager that my order would be delivered today. Lo and behold, no delivery nor communication Today again! This is now two weeks after placing my order.

Is this even a real company or is it a **** and I’m being taken for a ride??? Absolutely shocking service, I will never support or recommend them again.
