Pathetic!!!

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. The customer service is non existent. Placed my first order with Cosmetology and received an email that the products I ordered are out of stock and that I received store credit. Why will I make another purchase from a company that couldn’t even deliver the first time!? Requested a refund and every week they have different excuses as to why I have not received my refund yet. At first they told me there was a delay in my refund. The following week when I enquired I was told that I will receive the POP that week which never happened and when I followed up the 3rd week I was told that my request will be escalated to the accounts department and they will revert back to me shortly. STILL WAITING. It’s been a month since placing the order and still nothing! Pathetic!
