I ordered on the 4 for 3 special and there was no communication about any product being out of stock but they just delivered my order minus one product. I had to follow up with several emails to find out what was going on and eventually received a credit. Then on Black Friday they advertised 30% off products so I decided to use my credit and they accepted my order and again couldn't deliver what they advertised so I have to pay R 80 delivery for one product that I could probably have ordered elsewhere on Black Friday with free delivery but because I had the credit I ordered from Cosmetology. They are very unreliable and do not have stock of what they advertise. I have requested a refund because there is no point getting a credit when they are unlikely to be able to fulfill my order.
