Cosmetology no way to follow up failed delivery

With my very first order, cosmetology handed my package over to RAM which never failed to pick it up....reason????

"Courier not at work"

Then when I want to make contact and find out why for an entire week my parcel has been stagnant, there is no way to do so.

No accountability on delivery and seemingly nothing I can do but hope that the problem resolves.

I actually am happy to be fully refunded at this point!
