Cosmetology Customer Service

I am so disappointed in their customer service.

I placed an order and I still haven't received it and all I got was an apology. This is the first time I purchased from them and I regret it!

Their 3-5 days promise is a complete lie.

How do you sell a product that you don't have stock of????
