false adverti*****ts, unauthorised payments from account

i ordered a tablet they advertise that even AB DE VILLIERS use and its so good to give energy. It was in may 2019. I did not see the small print that you now part of a membership and have to cancel in 27 days if you do not want more products. Even they did not acknowledge my order or respond on any way till 2 weeks ago when i query the money the took without permission out of my credit card. they took more than R10500 in 2 months time till end of JULY2019. When i asked to refund my money because i was lace under false impression with the adverti*****t and did not receive any products from them nor want any membership or products from them they only send me an link, that do not even work, to there rules etc. I cannot accept that they took my money ********ly, did not give me reasonable answer and do not refund me . i have nothing to proof for this money only a false adverti*****t.
