Zero communication and updates

Received missed calls then an email later which I responded to. No bother to respond to the email. Emailed again this morning nothing. Only thing I get in the WhatsApp number is robot responses that don’t help me with anything. I placed an order on Wednesday, no update what so ever. I’m beginning to wonder it was a mistake for me to place this order. As a first time user of their services
