Would not recommend it's just nonsense

Cosmetic connection is an affordable shop with lots of different products that are trustworthy, but along with affordable prices come the worst time management and customer care service. I'm straight up dissatisfied with these people. I purchased a couple of products from their website online on the 2nd of February 2024 I payed for everything same day and my order never got fulfilled. I sent them an email asking them to please give me information and updates on my order and they rep**** and said they have add issues with stock and what not what not. They promised that my order will be delivered today but as I'm still anything and there isn't any updates or changes on my tracking information saying that my order has been collected. I honestly would not recommend buying from this company. It really doesn't value it's customers and is just straight up below par when it comes to information and customer service satisfaction.
