Worst of the worst

Such disgusting customer service from you Uitenhage/ Kariega Store. After waiting 20-30min for a product I was told was at the back, I was told their systems are incorrect and they don't have it in stock. They kept communicating amongst themselves while I stood there and nobody bothered to let know.
