What a pathetic tuck shop

I bought a hairpiece yesterday from this sorry excuse of a shop I wanted a brown hairpieces but they sold me a black one then I had to leave the hairpiece in store for them to cut the front lace so I only realised today that they sold me a black hairpiece instead of brown.<br> <br> They refused to change the hairpiece for me although I left the hairpieces in their shop to cut it and when I got there it was still sealed<br> <br> The staff members are so rude and the manager is also just as rude she said to me I can take this further I won't succeed.i requested to a head office number n the manager said they don't have a head office. <br> <br> I'm appauled by this disgusting service of this pathetic shop I am beyond annoyed! !!!
