Very bad service.... Untrained staff

I placed my order on the 8th today is the 3rd and no one cares to tell me what's happening... Thier agent everytime when i call tell me, my parcel will be delivered... They are selfish, they only think of making money for themselves,iam also running a business,I want my money they can keep thier products...
