Very bad

Very bad , poor communication, still haven’t received my refund there is no needs to communicate properly regarding refund and I did contact to cancel the order prior which no one came back to me , I communicated prior to the order arriving I want to cancel now I need to pay back 50 % for their inconvenience and I did communicate about cancellation of the order
