useless worse service at cosmetic connection

worst service ever, bought Items on 05Sep , they gave me a Pudo tracking number till today I have not received anything and when I check with courier guy, they have not deposited anything in the locker, I tried calling them , no answer u referred to their whatsapp which is answer by dumb bot, even sent them an email nothing, the fact there is no human to account this mayhem is up hauling and I wonder even get my money back since they not prepared to service me
