Unsatisfied with Cosmetic Connection

I have ordered K****ell product in March already, i have been told that k****ell will be delivered as of April 30th? I try and call the call centre, they are unavailable, then the whatsapp number is pathetic. I must admit the first package came back well, unforetunately, now with the K****ell product they are even disconnecting their phone service? unless there is an issue, why dont they tell everyone and refund them for their K****ll product??
