Unhappy customer

It's been 14 days since I've ordered from the and so far I did not receive my package. Worse part you cannot call them, the only line of communication is through their automated whatsapp response and email. The list they can do is call and assure the person that they are doing everything their best for the customer to receive what they have paid for
