Unhappy customer

I bought a 92 pages hard cover book where the order was delivered without any hustle. I did not check anything because it was my second order and I trusted them. When my daughter returned at around 4 to check what I had bought for her,she noticed that the book had less pages(which was 48) and it was evident even when the book was held straight up that some pages where missing. I called them immediately and was told to send pictures which I did. Today I sent a whatsapp to do a follow-up they read the message but did not respond. I just made peace with it and will buy at other reputable places, I have donated its okay but want to warn others to be vigilant.
