Top notch customer service!🙂

I needed help with products online that I wanted to purchase at a store close to me which is cosmetic connection tower mall in jouberton. I spoke to their manager who now relocated to a other store. Her name is Mpho who now works at cosmetic connection in Maokeng. Not only was she friendly and gave me the best customer service, she was willing to help me even though I’m not a customer at her specific store. She also got one of the ladies from their head office to contact me within 2 minutes of our conversation. I am really impressed by her customer service and saddened that she had to relocate, we need more managers like her. The lady who I spoke to from head office goes by the name of Lumka who was also very friendly and assisted me with no hesitation. People like Mpho and Lumka makes our shopping experience pleasant and unforgettable. Thank you ladies.
