I understand that delays happen but with the manner in which you have handled this, I don't think I want to continue business with you guys. You lack a sense of urgency, you do not prioritise on your customers when you have made an error. You don't explain, nothing. All you say is "sorry" and that WhatsApp services are non existent. Customers orders should be treated with urgency but Cosmetic Connection Online Store has failed dismally. I'm done.
