Selfish people

It has been exactly 28 days since I've placed an order from Cosmetic Connection without recieving any feedback about what's wrong on thier side, i even wrote them an email also wrote on whatsapp for ny refund but then they promised to do an overnight courier promised me i will get my parcel before friday the 30th and guess what it is 22h35 now and it is friday the 30th and still haven't recieved my parcel... It was my first time ordering and i had to experience this iam definitely not coming back for more... Service is poor... They even blue ticked me on whatsapp and yet i paid for these products, i dont ever wish for anyone to experience this... They are delaying my business while thiers is running smoothly.... Selfish people. Nx?
