Questionable service level delivery

I walked into the sky city mall and saw Calpol 100ml on the shelves and when paying that the till it was R74,90. This was escalated by the teller to the who I think is the supervisor they both who refused to give me the product for that I saw it priced for, secondly they had no Name badges on. I had to ask for their names Tshidiso on the other hand was asking me if I saw something for R34 and it was R20 at the till, of cause I took it seeing it higher then the R20 I would take it in this case they just did not understand or know of the CPA principle in terms of pricing, very ********* behaviour for customer service leader. The teller tried to explain as much as he could but the tardy behaviour from the Tshidiso is on. I’ve escalated to their WhatsApp chats at it didn’t get better.

We love the sale but you know what I would rather shop and pay normal higher prices than chase cheap pricing because it’s not just their prices that are low but their service levels
