Pathetic Customer Service and No products delivered!

This is the first time that I have purchased from cosmetic connection and they have left nothing but a bad taste in my mouth. Pre ordered and paid for 2 x tubs of K****el treatment on 02.04.2024, with the promise of shipment to be sent on the 30.04.24. To date I have not received my product or a refund for that matter. The landline has an automated message when you call in, the WhatsApp line has a automated response that gets sent to you. I have emailed them several times with absolutely no response. The worst online service ever , I will NEVER order from them again. The is absolutely no communication from them. All I want now is a refund or my products delivererd.!
