Not getting help
I received my order on time on the 20th December 2024 which I placed on the 18th, but I received one wrong item. I sent an email but even today I haven't received any help and the WhatsApp keeps on saying "Let me get the right person from our team to help you with that" since the 20th December 2024 till today the 3rd of January 2025.

However, I wanted to suggest that having a dedicated person to manage WhatsApp inquiries could prevent similar issues in the future. If my concerns had been addressed through WhatsApp, I wouldn't have needed to write a review.
