No refund received after i was told i would get

Cosmetic Connection had a sale on certain items i really wanted, So on Friday 16 February 2024 i went on the website and ordered and paid for the items (which showed available on the website). Saturday i get a call from a Nadia Fourie to say the items are not available and if i want something else i said no cause i wanted this certain products, Bear in mind im a valued Cosmetoc Connections customer i spend close to R700/R800 a month on my hair products in store at their Strand Branch Cape Town. Its Tuesday, 20 February 2024 and nobody called after i sent a whats app message this morning, no refund after i asked for it and its not a lottle money, its alot. I did not expect this!
