Lack of feedback

I placed an order with cosmetic connection on Monday 2022/09/27, I have not received a confirmation number nor an email regarding my order. I’m sending an email to the consumer ombudsman! We cannot be paying for things and then suppliers not provide feedback or acknowledge our orders!
