Impressive service

I was going to give them 5 stars but I gave them 4 because when they delivered my order (in less than a week), there were items missing. I sent them an email and they responded, as promised they shipped the missing items. Everything happened in a space of 10 days. Both deliveries had extra items that I didn't order, I assume these were gifts? But their efficiency with me was impressive.
