HORRIBLE SERVICE!

Horrible! I ordered from them on the 05th August and I still dont have my parcel. No communication from them and I've had to chase up on my own parcel only to find out that the courier company has been given the incorrect postal code. Yesterday I was promised it would be redilvered today but it's still not out and I had to do my own follow up using my own airtime and time. I am totally disgusted! They say they operate from 8am but when you call they tell you to call from 10am and transfer you to a closed line. Absolutely horrible service I am never ordering from them again!
