Horrible customer service

I placed an order on the 3rd of December 2024 and I have not received my order till today. Called the courier company and they told me that my parcel had been hijacked. Been trying to get hold of Cosmetic Connection for a refund or replacement of my order but the keep on ignoring me. Disgusting customer service to say the least.
