Excellent service comeback!

I placed an order on September 2, 2025, and didn’t receive any updates until September 12, 2025. I decided to try the pick-up option since it’s new to me and in my area; I usually go for the courier service.

I was pleasantly surprised when a friendly representative from Cosmetic Connection reached out to me. She kindly explained the situation about my order, apologized for the delay, and assured me that my delivery was prioritized. I was happy to receive my order in great condition!
