DONT!! waste your time with store collection orders!!!

I placed a small order online, just to see how payjustnow works and how long cosmetic connection will take with my order, before i go and place a bigger order! and here it os 2 weeks later and nothing!! They state that delivery takes 3 to 10days, i placed my order on the 26th of October i have mailed them, twice to find out about when i will be receiving my order, they send me a "copy and paste" message!! Telling me that collection works differently for store pick up! I got that the 1st time when i emailed you requesting info on my delivery! Today you send me the same response!!

I WANT TO KNOW WHEN CAN I GO COLLECT MY ORDER AT THE RUSTENBURG STORE ITS LITERALLY A SMALL ORDER!!! Of 4 items!! Imagine a big order that will cost way more!!!
