Cosmetic connection consumer rights violated

Went to cosmetic connect in Ficksburg today to buy hair mousse,the price placed under it was less than the actual price.The manager (Mirriam) tried to assist us but her Boss bluntly refused for us to take the product.He didn't even want to take into consideration where the product was placed and how much we saw it for.Our consumer rights were violated.
