Cosmetic connection/ ****a shop/ ghetto shop/ poor service shop in Klerksdorp

Cosmetic Connection in Klerksdorp customer service will make you vomit.Is disgusting hiw black people treat other black people.I get there is 16h50 the guy is busy closing the roll up doors,he says the store is closed.I say to him but you are suppose to close at 17h00 is 16h50.He says we have our reasons and my manager gave me orders to close.He is arrogant,he does not care.He has so much power I am nothing.I ask to speak to the manager,he says the manager is busy.I then crawled into the store.I find the manager Kagiso on the till point,he says why are you entering the store because we are closed is an instruction from Head Office. I then said I will call head office and verify if this is the way we have to be treated as customers. A lady at the other end,said Mam you can go in and shop.I went in and 5 mins I was done and paying for my goods. Who do they think they are to treat me like trash.I had to get angry,crawl into the store just to get service from Cosmetics connection.Is this your customer service.Is this how you treat your stakeholders.Is your staff even trained on customer service.Worse the guy closing the store is not so clean.Does he understand the importance of him being presentable.He is disrespecting us as customers on so many levels. Worse they say is a temp.A temp with stinky attitude.They do not take themselves serious and their business.They think that is a ****a shop in a garage in Jouberton with no business acumen.I wonder if head office is aware of early closure of the store in Klerksdorp?? I wonder which training did Kagiso the manager received.No intervention,No conflict management,No customer service,No communication skills.How did he get hired as a manager.A staff member says go in I will assist you just to save the day,while the manager and his sidekick I trying to prove their masculanity and failing to deliver service.Lets run business with our brains not level of testestorone.Poor service,poor management,run like a corner shop in the ghetto on a filthy street servicing illiterate poor black people.Please!!!The sight was disgusting enough.I hold a NQF level 9,for me to be screaming for service is degrading,and before that I am a human being that deserve to be respected.Please handle it.
