Bad service at Cosmetic connection in Twiln city mall Bloemfontein

I had very bad service at Cosmetic connection Twin city mall shop in Bloemfontein. I just bought hairpiece at their shop before paying for my goods, I asked 1 of de assistances to confirm if de hairpiece Im purchasing is de correct one. I even showed them a picture of de hairstyle I going to do. Without any doubt I was told dis was he correct hairpiece. Wen I got to de salon, the hairstylist said they sold me a wrong hairpiece. I've spent more than R200 on this hairpiece. I went back to the shop for exchange, I was told rudely that they don't exchange hairpiece. I'm so frustrated because no one at shop wanted to help me. I even called their office on *** still I was not assisted. My rights as a consumer were violated. I didn't want a refund, I only wanted to exchange with a right hairpiece.
