Bad service

I ordered 2 x K****ell treatments on 7 March and was told stock would arrive 30 April. Just before the end of April they sent me one tub. They phoned me to tell be I'll receive the other one when the next batch arrives on the 30th of April. To date I have not received it and no communication from them. They not replying to me at all. I'm not very impressed with them.
