BAD SERVICE!
This company only gets back to you if you are making a purchase. They offered me a discount code which I earned with my points. They combined it with my new points which I received for my birthday but when I tried to redeem the discount code, it was invalid. I've tried multiple attempts to let them know that the discount code is invalid, I've emailed and sent them messages on Instagram and Facebook, multiple times respectively and not have they gotten back to me. This is a very slimy way to operate as a business and I will not be purchasing anything from them again if this is their after sales services is like.

Cosmetic Connection has finally rep**** to my multiple attempts and I must admit have sorted out the issue promptly. It's a pity they took so long to get back to me in the first place. Overall, if they can get back to their customer queries or problems in a reasonable amount of time, then I would definitely purchase from them again.
